Terms of Service Last Updated: June 18, 2026 Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Hanmar, LLC online store operated through Shopify. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. 1. Overview Hanmar, LLC operates this online store to sell commercial-grade shelving units, storage lockers, office partitions, retail display fixtures, and related accessories. These Terms govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. 2. Eligibility By using our store, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using our store on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. 3. Product Information and Pricing We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our store is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product dimensions and weights are approximate and may vary slightly. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed. 4. Orders and Acceptance When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: Product availability Errors in product descriptions or pricing Suspected fraudulent activity Shipping restrictions to your location If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. 5. Payment We accept payment through Shopify Payments, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment system. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. 6. Shipping and Delivery Shipping terms are governed by our separate Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. 7. Returns and Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase. 8. Product Warranty Hanmar, LLC warrants that products sold through our store will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us at john_hanmar@outlook.com with your order number and description of the defect. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or issue a refund. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 9. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HANMAR, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR STORE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR STORE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. 10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hanmar, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our store, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. 12. Intellectual Property All content on our store, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Hanmar, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. 13. Prohibited Activities You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: Engaging in fraudulent transactions Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems Using automated systems to access or scrape our store Posting or transmitting harmful code or malware Interfering with other users' access to our store 14. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to our store immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
