Shipping Policy Last Updated: June 18, 2026 At Hanmar, LLC, we are committed to delivering your commercial-grade shelving, storage lockers, office partitions, and retail display fixtures safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below. Shipping Locations We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may require additional shipping time and costs. Shipping Carriers We partner with UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your orders. The carrier for your order is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your shipment to ensure the most reliable and cost-effective delivery. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Shipping Methods and Timeframes Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Available for all orders. Cost calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days): Available for orders under 150 lbs. Cost calculated at checkout. Express Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for orders under 100 lbs. Cost calculated at checkout. Freight Shipping (7-14 business days): Required for oversized or heavy items exceeding standard parcel limits. Items over 150 lbs or exceeding 48 inches in any dimension will ship via freight carrier. Freight shipping includes curbside delivery. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on: Total weight of your order Dimensions of the package(s) Shipping destination (zip code) Selected shipping method We offer free standard shipping on orders over $500 within the contiguous United States. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and does not include expedited, express, or freight shipping options. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our store. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. Delivery Standard and expedited shipments are delivered to your specified shipping address. Freight shipments are delivered curbside. The recipient is responsible for moving the items from the curb to their desired location. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and accessible. Hanmar, LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, inaccessible locations, or recipient unavailability. For large items requiring freight delivery, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment at the scheduled time. Inspection Upon Delivery We strongly recommend inspecting all packages upon delivery before signing for receipt. For freight shipments, carefully inspect the packaging and products for visible damage. If you notice any damage: Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing Take photos of the damaged packaging and product Contact us within 48 hours at john_hanmar@outlook.com or (203) 456-4413 Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier and process a replacement or refund. Lost or Stolen Packages Hanmar, LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery to the specified address. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please: Check with neighbors, building management, or household members Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number File a claim with the carrier if the package cannot be located If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Shipping Restrictions Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or carrier limitations. These restrictions will be noted on the product page. Hazardous materials, flammable items, and products requiring special handling are not available for sale through our store. All our products are standard commercial-grade metal, wood, glass, and acrylic fixtures that do not require special hazardous material handling. Split Shipments Large orders or orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages or from multiple warehouses. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. There is no additional charge for split shipments. Address Changes Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been processed. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at john_hanmar@outlook.com. We will attempt to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after processing. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. Refunds for undeliverable packages will be issued minus original and return shipping costs. Holiday Shipping During peak holiday seasons (November - December), shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery. Processing and shipping times may be extended by 2-3 business days during these periods.
