Return and Refund Policy Last Updated: June 18, 2026 At Hanmar, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our commercial-grade shelving, storage lockers, office partitions, and retail display fixtures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Return Eligibility You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that have been assembled, installed, or show signs of use are not eligible for return unless defective. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" Custom or made-to-order products Items that have been assembled, modified, or installed Gift cards Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at john_hanmar@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refund Processing If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Return Shipping You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100. Hanmar, LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at john_hanmar@outlook.com or (203) 456-4413. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at john_hanmar@outlook.com. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order has already been processed or shipped, standard return policies apply.
